Dehumidifier for paint factory is designed/manufactured commodity base on temperature condition and blast factory.
In the paint dehumidifier, the rotor is provided inside a casing, and rotors continuously at law speed.
It is driven by a motor using the circumferential drive method.
The inside of casing is divided into two zones, the processing zone and the recycling zone.
The air to be processed is drawn from the processing zone into the rotating rotor.As it passes through the rotor, its moisture is absorbed by the rotor element, and it becomes dry.This dried air is then fanned out of the machine.
The rotor element,which has absorbed in air moisture,passes to the recycling zone,where the heated air removes the moisture from it.The dried rotor element then passes back to the processing zone.
This cycle is repeated continuously to provide a constant and stable supply of dried air.
